Marsha Anderson, CRE

Marsha Anderson is currently based in Fort Lauderdale, office of Marcus & Millichap. However, Marsha started in NC and has expanded to cover the entire Southeast.   Marsha specializes in commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services for office/industrial and retail net lease properties, with emphasis on the Medical Office segment throughout the Southeast. Marsha pivoted her career into commercial real estate, given her positive real estate investment experiences.

Marsha has a strong track record of delivering positive business results given her customer focus, ability to work efficiently through leveraging best practices, and proactive, clear communication. Given her Fortune 100 corporate marketing and general management experience, she generates qualified demand from a national investor pool. Clients that choose her for exclusive seller representation benefit from her effective campaigns that heighten exposure, stimulate competitive bidding, thus maximizing property values and client returns. Marsha actively listens and seeks to understand her clients’ needs and goals, to deliver value by sharing: relevant market insights, transactions, advisory recommendations, and solutions.

In her spare time, Marsha enjoys travel, volunteering in her chuch, and strives to stay active outdoors. Marsha obtained her master’s in business administration (MBA) from Cornell University (Johnson School) and her Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia (McIntire School).
